Who qualifies for the Arc’teryx Corporate and Group Sales Program? We strive to accommodate most organizations. Our Corporate Sales Program is designed to accommodate an organizations’ large volume order with corporate pricing and branding services. We require knowledge of the end user and their intended use, and we reserve the right to refuse customers for brand concerns.
Is there a minimum order quantity? Our corporate channel is intended for bulk, uniform orders to support your organization. Therefore minimum order quantities of 15 units per model exist. This can include men’s and women’s styles, and multiple colours. We may make exceptions to fulfill an order.

Do you provide samples? Arc’teryx may provide samples upon request. Sample items require payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in advance, which will be fully be refunded upon return. Samples must be returned unused within 30 days of receiving them for a refund.
What is required for embroidery? You will need to provide a version of your logo in either AI or EPS format for embroidery, as well as logo placement, size and colour specifications. Please note: A charge to create a DST file from the AI or EPS format does apply. This fee varies on average from $50 -$100 depending on the size and intricacy of the logo. If you already have a DST file of your logo, this fee does not apply.
What is the turnaround time for an order with embroidery? Upon receiving the final approval of your embroidery details, the turnaround time is approximately three to four weeks. Orders can be expedited at the discretion of the Corporate Sales team.
What is the process for embroidery?
- Orders are put together with one of our staff. All details regarding quantity, embroidery details, logo placement and any other custom requests are noted. In the case of orders with multiple models, specific details are recorded for each model, at which point a final quote will be provided.
- It will be necessary for you to provide a version of your logo in either AI or EPS format for embroidery. If you already have a DST file of the logo, this step does not apply. Please note: A charge to create a DST file from the AI or EPS format does apply. This fee varies on average from $50 -$100 depending on the size and intricacy of the logo.
- Once costs are approved, a sample sew takes place to confirm size, placement and colour details. At this time a written and signed copy of our Embroidery Approval Form is required in order to proceed.
- All orders require full payment in advance of actual embroidery work.
Can you embroider GORE-TEX® Jackets? Yes, we will embroider GORE-TEX® and fully reseal the jacket so that it remains 100% waterproof.
What methods of payment do you accept? The preferred methods of payment are Cheque and Wire Transfer. We also accept Visa or Mastercard payments for orders up to $5,000 in value. Please note that all Corporate Purchases require 100% payment before delivery. We do not accept AMEX.
What is your return Policy? All orders through our corporate channel are final sales. Our experienced sales team will work with you to ensure you find a product that will best meet your needs, however there will be no opportunity for returns or exchange. Naturally our warranty statement still applies to all our products should such a situation arise.
What is the Arc'teryx warranty policy? Arc'teryx proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Arc'teryx for the practical lifetime of the product. Product damaged through wear and tear, misuse or neglect may be repaired at a nominal charge. Details on our warranty and repair program can be found on our Warranty and Repair Policy page.
How can I determine which size will fit me best?
Arc'teryx prides itself on our product fits. Depending upon the end usage of a garment, different fits are patterned into our garments so that they work in conjunction with other layering pieces, and to enhance the comfort, mobility and performance requirements for the sports we make our products for.

What are the minimum requirements for a Special Manufacturing Build? We can offer custom built orders for orders with a minimum quantity of 300-500 units, depending on which model is chosen. A special build typically requires 7-8 months of lead time from the date of payment to delivery. Before manufacturing can take place, a 50% deposit will be required.
What features can I add/change for a Special Manufacturing Build? Our custom built items are based on existing models. Our customization includes: unique colour options not found on existing models such as trim, fabric, logo, zippers and zipper pulls; 3M reflective heat transfers; re-location or removal of the Arc’teryx Logo. Can I receive credit terms? While our standard Corporate Sales policy is 100% payment before delivery, we will consider and provide terms for those clients with a purchasing history with Arc’teryx.
